I am sorry that we let you down with this order. Picking errors do sometimes occur , but if we send out the wrong item by mistake; we do not expect you to pay for the return. We would deliver the correct item and collect the wrong goods from you at no charge. Obviously this is too late for this order, but please be assured that we will do better for you next time.
Very helpful when wrong delivery details were given.
