I`m sorry that that nobody got back to you about this, normally we pride ourselves on sorting out queries for customers, so apolgies that nobody got back to you. Just to confirm that the address will of been put incorrectly by yourself when ordering and not us, our despatch dept will of worked from the information provided when the order was placed. It seems you then e-mailed us to point the change of address and I`m sorry that we did not act on this, it is possible that the items had been despatched before we received your e-mail.
