I can confirm that the robe was despatched on the 21st of August and should of been with you on the 22nd. I`ll take this up with the courier on Monday and will come back to you. You actually placed the order on the 11th of August and normally embroidered items are sent out in around a week, so this is a couple of days longer than we normally take though we do say allow up to 10 days on the web site.
