I can confirm that the order was sent out on the 24th of August the day after you ordered, so I would appreciate you letting me know the date the order arrived so I can take it up with the courier. The la senza robes do have the marker pen crossed out on the label as they were obtained by us after the company went into adminastration. It does shows that they are the authentic product and what a good buy they are at £10 as they were originally £35 and this is the only issue with them as the robes themselves are all perfects.
