Sorry that you have been disappointed with the service and quality. The courier have obviously tried to deliver them and left a card, what time they attempted I honestly don`t know. The value massage couch cover is very popular with our customers and we don`t get too many complaints, that being said it is our value range and there are two better qualities available.
