The car service was beautiful and clean. The service desk and collection point of the car was excellent, I dropped the car without hassle. I would recommend their service to anyone
I have used them for quite a few years now and had only good service. I would ideally like to have a little more certainty regarding the vehicle type that I will be given at the rental agency.

Thank you for your feedback received and we apologise for the minor inconveniences experienced with regards to the normal wear and tear of the vehicle kitchen components.
We will send the details of your feedback to our Supplier in order for them to also put more focus into the smaller details. We can confirm that the thread was well outside the South African Road ordinance limits of 3mm
With regards to your mention of Satellite phones, these are booked via outside companies. The bulk of the 4x4 Suppliers do not allow travel to very remote areas where these phones are needed and GPS services are mostly adequate for travel which is why we do not try to "sell"our clients on these
