hello, the rental service was very good, cons we had a problem of loss of diesel and remained blahed two days without being able to use the car, the service is zero

We appreciate the positive feedback on our service levels received prior to the fuel issue mentioned. Unfortunately, previous to this, we were not advised of any problems pertaining to the vehicle or rental and were not provided the opportunity to assist.

The additional tyre was confirmed by the Supplier and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This should have been checked upon collection of the vehicle and we will be in contact to request more details on who assisted you as well as the person you advised of the missing tyre to enable us to address this with the branch.
