We apologise for the delay in collection and for any inconveniences this may have caused. We will address this with the Supplier to also improve their service delivery.
With regards to the vehicle, we do not guarantee specific vehicles only vehicle groups and unfortunately this is dependant on availability of the Supplier on the day of collection.
