We can confirm the vehicle allocated falls within the group requested and booked. Our standard Car Rental bookings are allocated according to vehicle groups and not specific vehicles. We trust this clears up any confusion

On 2 occasions my rental vehicles have given me issues. 1st it the battery that was dead then 2nd rental, the vehicle was jerking and bumper was constantly coming off
