I placed my order 10 days ago for a birthday gift and have still not received it. I had to go out and buy a replacement as the birthday has come and gone. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately something listed as in stock on the website turned out to be out of stock. The way they handled this situation was excellent and very encouraging. I will be a returning customer.
