Due to the size of your order we asked one of our suppliers to send this direct to you, unfortunately it seems there were some stock issues that we weren’t made aware of. We do apologise that we weren’t able to keep you updated, if we had been made aware we would have notified you straight away. As per our website it states that orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day, you placed your order Friday 5th July at 8:52pm, we do not dispatch over the weekend so your order was dispatched on Monday 8th July. We do apologise for the split delivery and that your delivery instructions were not followed and we will pass this feedback onto the couriers.
