Hi Srimal, DPI take poor reviews very seriously and following our conversation we understand that your dissatisfaction related to not receiving a response to an email chasing a duplicate copy of your policy documents. However following a check of your email it came to light nothing had been sent and your documentation was provided on the date of sale. We’d really appreciate it if you could update your review of DPI’s service now this information has come to light.
