Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. Having reviewed our file I can see that we regularly spoke with yourself regarding the changes needed to be made to your policy in the run up to your renewal. I can see that there was a slight delay with the insurer amending the policy documents for you which was out of our control, however due to this delay as a gesture of goodwill we offered a discount on your renewal premium which you were subsequently happy to renew.

Please accept our apologies if you felt our service this year fell below our normal high standards, we will endeavour to ensure we rectify this at next renewal and hopefully you will remain a valued customer of DPI Insurance.
