disappointed at the earrings
I ordered a pair of loop earrings but when I got them they were not what I thought they would be from the website picture. I went to the shop but because it was an online order they could not offer...

Thank you for your feeback. I am sorry that the earrings were not as expected.

All web orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.
In store they are not able to refund web purchases. However they do offer a full click and collect service and are busy with this everyday. They do take back purchases and return them to head office for a refund to save customers posting.
They also offer a full exchange on web purchases in store too.

All of the store staff have been with us a considerable time and now click and collect is a big part of their job so they all help with this everyday. What extra help did you need?
