All web orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.
In store they are not able to refund web purchases. However they do offer a full click and collect service and are busy with this everyday. They do take back purchases and return them to head office for a refund to save customers posting.
They also offer a full exchange on web purchases in store too.
All of the store staff have been with us a considerable time and now click and collect is a big part of their job so they all help with this everyday. What extra help did you need?
