Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Apologies, we did contact the courier who told us they would contact the driver. Unfortunately we were not aware that the communications didn't get through to you.

You should have had an email in the morning advising you of a delivery time. We are aware that in some areas that the email isn't being sent by the courier.

We are making enquires to see if we can find out why.
