Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Since the banks introduced the 3D secure system, a delay might occur in which you think the first payment was not processed. If you clicked on the back button and started again, two payments would unfortunately been taken. the duplicate payment was refunded the next day back into your account.All properties have a 4pm arrival time, however a few property owners do request a 5pm arrival time.
