Hi Chelsea, Thank you for the review, I'm really sorry about the delay here. I've looked into the issue, it seems there were some pretty hefty delays within DPDs network this week. The parcel left us on the next day service on the 30th but wasn't delivered until the 4th! I apologies deeply for this delay.
