Hi Edward, Apologies for the slight delay. Due to the order coming in on a Friday afternoon, it was processed after the weekend and bank holiday. There was a small delay in dispatch due to the higher volume of orders after the 3 day break and the scheduled delivery time should have been Thursday. I can see that the parcel arrived with you on Friday. Therefore, this is not a week delay, it was 1 day. Hopefully now this has been explained you can understand why the parcel took longer to get to you.
