Poor. I bought this item on Friday, it's said 48 hour shipping, it's now Wednesday and it still isn't here.

Hello, Thank you for your order and apologies for the disappointment. To explain this further, you ordered on Friday at 19:47, well after end of play before the weekend. The weekend are not working days which is explained in various places on the site including our Shipping Information page which you can find here: https://doggscooters.com/pages/shipping-information This means your order was processed the next working day (Monday). That's when the 48 hour shipment starts. Meaning Wednesday is correct for scheduled delivery. I hope this makes sense, if you'd like more information please check our shipping page linked above.
