Hello, I'm really sorry about the disappointment here. After looking at the order, it came in on Christmas Day which was of course not a working day so the order was processed the first day we were back in which was the 30th. It's always tricky navigating this time of year because there are so many bank holidays / non-working days so longer shipping times can always be expected. I completely get this, my point is that I have had a response saying the item has been sent from yourself but the delivery company hasn’t received anything. I’d just like an update of where the items are and when I can be hopeful to receive them please. Regards, Greg.
