Fabulous Christmas tree
I got a lovely 8ft Christmas tree half price - it’s gorgeous! It’s an artificial tree which looks quite real with the dew drops.

Sloppy packaging and delivery
Parcel was not wrapped and one of the two nylon bands round the box was missing and the other was slipping off. We just hope none of the contents is missing.

Very satisfied
Very helpful staff on a very busy day in store. Very pleased with my Christmas tree which was on offer but out of stock,. Ordered one and it was delivered in 3 working days.

Customer service rubbish. Hands on department staff brilliant
My rating is due to the personal consideration of Dermot at Cannock store our tree was delivered with a badly damaged box on both the ends as I am disabled I didn't want to struggle checking the tree...
