Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order, and can see that you ordered on the 3rd June we shipped and sent you a tracking notification on the 4th June that Royal Mail were due to deliver your order on the 6th June. Looking at the tracking Royal Mail delivered on the 6th June.
I cannot find any correspondance from you after the 6th of June to let us know Royal Mail had delivered to the wrong address. In fact the first email I can find relating to this delivery is yesterday 21st June telling us this is urgent as you are going on holiday. You have then left a 1 star review, a very negative way to resolve an issue.
You have not notified us of an issue and given us any opportunity to resolve the matter for you before leaving an unjustified 1 star review.
We will now contact you try to resolve the issue, even though you have had over 2 weeks to notify us of the problem. Perhaps a polite email would be more constructive for everyone than trying to damage a business reputation.
