Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns very seriously and I’ve looked into this further to ensure we can provide the best support moving forward.
Regarding the unanswered emails, our team hasn’t been able to locate any unanswered messages from you. Could you please confirm the email address you have sent the emails to, so we can double check?
I see that you received your welcome email on 1st March. You’ll need to book your induction call using the link in that email. During the induction, you’ll meet your Study Support Advisor, who will be your main point of contact throughout your studies. You can reach out to them by phone or email for assistance whenever you need it. You will also be assigned a Tutor, who you can schedule calls with to discuss your course content.
Please take a moment to revisit the welcome email you received (subject - Welcome to your studies with DLC Training). This includes all the information on booking your induction and contact details for the Study Support Team should you have questions prior to your induction.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the course content and resources helpful, but disappointed to hear that you didn’t find the support as beneficial. We take all concerns seriously and have reviewed your situation to better understand what happened.
Regarding the end of assessment feedback, our Assessors are required to provide learners with constructive feedback to help them meet the required standards. Additionally, learners have the opportunity to book one-to-one calls to discuss any points in more detail.
Regarding the email communication, your Tutor suggested more detailed subject lines to help you easily refer back to important emails and documents. They also mentioned that this practice is “good email etiquette”, which was intended as a positive suggestion to reinforce the value of using more detailed subject lines. The intention behind this recommendation was purely constructive and was not meant to criticise or chastise you in any way. We understand how tone can sometimes be misinterpreted in written communication, and we apologise if it came across in a way that wasn’t intended.

We completely appreciate that life can get busy; we provide support flexibly to try and enable learners to access support when it better suits them; however, you can arrange with your Study Support Contact to have a regular catch-up at time intervals to suit your requirements. Your tutor is also on hand throughout each unit of study should you require any academic support, you can email them or schedule calls/meetings again to fit your schedule.
