Good Afternoon, Apologies for the confusion. We do explain in our course brochure that ILM learning is provided in printed books and the online platform supports your learning journey, this is where you submit your work. All other courses are delivered completely online and we plan to move ILM to this format later this year. You are given your log-in information with step by step instructions ahead of your course time starting and before your induction call. We will certainly look at a way to streamline this differently for ILM learner to ensure it is clear that you do not need to navigate the platform by yourself, our team take you through this step by step. Please be assured that our team will support you every step of the way.
