The Institute controls the timescales for the provision of this material, unfortunately, here at DLC we are unable to make this happen any quicker. We process your order as soon as you have completed your course enrolment. Please be assured this is no reflection on the level of support and service you will receive from DLC as you progress through your studies and we have passed your concerns to the Institute. We would also add, CILT qualifications are globally recognised and highly regarded and therefore will provide you with untold benefits once you complete your course.
