Delivery was as requested. In particular I liked the idea of sending me a photograph of the floral tribute I had ordered, otherwise I would not have seen them.

Thanks for your comments, its disappointing you were not happy with the flowers received. This was in fact a distance delivery to Kingswood. On this occasion we contributed extra funds to cover deliver and to ensure a lovely bouquet would be received.
