We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I did not receive a notification of my order, and had to ring the florist direct…

I did not receive a notification of my order, and had to ring the florist direct to confirm they had the details. Even once delivered I had no notification as told I would.

Its fairly frustrating - we have become aware in the two weeks that Hotmail is dropping our email confirmations into Spam Folder. This is very disappointing because (1) its not spam (2) it makes customer worry. We use one of the worlds leading email providers to send our email. They are aware of this problem and have notified Hotmail. But it is upto hotmail to stop putting quality email receipts into Spam. Apologies for this annoying problem. Zoe Lee
