we were sorry to receive your negative review for the dozen red roses delivered on Valentines Day. We had thought every delivery had gone without a hitch until we received this. Apologies you were disappointed. But we wish to reassure you all the Roses were the very best quality long stem roses. The roses were professionally conditioned and delivered to us fresh from the growers. We were delighted with this years roses, which makes it especially disappointing to receive said review.
