Good prompt service.
One negative point was the ridiculous postage cost which was charged at £6.95 and cost £3.71 to send. I am still debating whether to dispute this charge.

Thank you for your feedback. We have tried to keep our delivery costs simple, however this does mean that carriage costs on small orders feel costly. If you require a small order again, please telephone your order through, and we arrange to send it by post and charge a reduced fee.
I couldn't order online for some reason, so I rang to place my order and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Items were received within the week. Thank you! :)

Thank you for the feedback. We use a courier for the delivery, which tracks the parcels. We can, if you prefer, send single garment orders by post which is slightly cheaper. You would need to order over the phone for this.
