Please know that we are always just a phone call away and we always try to do our best to assist whenever possible. Our toppers are made from 100% natural materials and we don’t use chemicals in processing our wool to ensure it retains as many of its natural properties as possible, but we understand that you are not satisfied with the product. Therefore, we will arrange for an inspection and proceed with either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference. We will reach out to you directly with the next steps to resolve this for you.
