I am sorry for the inconvenience you've suffered around duties. For countries outside the EU, we are not able to refund duties ourselves, as they are paid by the customer directly and not via us. However, you should be able to claim these back yourself via your local customs bureau. I am contacting you by email to follow up on this. Thank you for letting us know about the issue.
