Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us! This is not acceptable it Mexico or anywhere. We have personally been to the clinic and also called today to verify that all of the equipment is working. The clinic uses Lysol to disinfect the unit (chair, tray, etc) between patients, but all the instruments are disinfected with an autoclave (International standard). We are not certain about the issue with hot water in the bathroom, as there is hot water access now. Please be assured that the instruments used during your care were properly sanitized.
