Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are investigating this instance currently. It truly does have us stumped. In researching I can see what has happened and it does appear that your email address is attached to Gerardo's appointment. How it happened is the mystery. Two separate agents assisted you and Gerardo and they work two separate shifts in two complete different time zones. We are working on making the corrections in Gerardo's appointment now and hope to understand how the mistake was made soon. In the meantime again, we thank you for bringing this rare error to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused and we hope that you will understand and forgive our mistake.
