Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your review and I'm very sorry that you chose not to attend your appointment today. It is necessary for customers to tell us in advance if you are wanting to be picked up as the clinics shuttle was already fully booked today. The clinic is only a couple of minutes away from your hotel and I did advise you to catch a very inexpensive taxi so that you could have your dental care as planned. Please note also that we do not provide any such package here in Phuket so I'm sorry that you were confused by that. We would certainly love to assist you with your care if you return to Phuket with your daughter next year and if we can help you in any other way, please not not hesitate to contact us. -Dental Departures customer care
