Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. If the filter basket is getting stuck in the machine this can sometimes be caused due to the filter being overfilled with coffee. The machine can be noisy if there is an airlock in the machine, once the water starts to pass through the airlock will be removed.

Having tried to contact DeLonghi regards the issues I have with the machine and in response to this review. Customer service access is dire:
No web chat bubble as stated on the website.
No email address to contact directly
No means of uploading video/photo evidence of issues
Long waiting times on phone with no response (even in their quoted less busier times)
I am a long standing customer of DeLonghi with many years experience of using coffee machines. I would appreciate a contact email address to further respond with evidence of these problems I have mentioned.
Good Points: Really easy to use
Improvement Points: Could do with being quicker the water for the steam arm takes about 3 minutes to heat up. Other than that it’s great
