Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The noises from the machine play a huge part in the perfect result in your cup. The noise you are hearing is from firstly the integrated burr grinder and then the infuser which we call the heart of the machine. Because all of our fully automatic machines have a tubeless system this means the infuser goes and collects the coffee, tamps and delivers meaning every coffee is totally fresh.
