I love it! Coffee is perfect!

I'm very disappointed with De'Longhi. I bought my first De'Longhi in 2011 and loved it. I still have it. I bought this new one, but it simply doesn't work well. I'm going to request a refund.

Machine worked great for 6 months, but already in for repairs. Milk frother steam not coming out anymore. I did not miss any descaling when asked to descale. I think it is just a blocked hot water...

Great machine. We just feel the coffee could be hotter and quicker.
