Although cleaning and descaling appears to be quite difficult following the instructions is easy. I find using the machine easy. It’s great to be able to have a choice of which coffee to have.

It is not easy to get a hot and strong cup of coffee out of it.
We have set all the controls to maximum and it just about works

With regards to the strength this is down to the coffee bean being used and also the grinder setting on the machine, this playlist video ' How to adjust the coffee mill' will help you achieve a stronger coffee.
