the machine very often flashes an error message and the milk unit can't be used very very frustrating when we are following everything in manual with regards to cleaning and usage

very good to use and keep clean ,easy to use and I like it and recommended it and saves me money on electric has i do not need to use a kettle to make a cup of tea ,instant hat water .

Oh gosh, I hate the machine!!! I wish I knew before buying how cumbersome and badly designed this machine is. Firstly, it takes a solid few minutes to start. It’s quite noisy as it’s starting up....
