Good Points: I love Delonghi toaster, I bought a cheaper toaster but it was rubbish so I’ve gone back to a Delonghi toaster. Highly recommend.

Improvement Points: It does not toast both sides of the bread the same .One side is golden brown whilst the opposite side of the slice of bread is still white
