Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with Delonghi. The ECP range has the ability to create 15 bars of pressure but when extracted coffee only delivers at 9 bar. Your issues could be that you may not be placing enough coffee into the sump handle therefore not allowing the machine to build pressure and extract a great crema.
