Lovely and stylish, this is my second one. Simple to use buttons and dials. Easy to remove crumb trays for quick cleaning. I have the matching kettle which is fab too.

Bagel function is great because, as well as bagels, you can use it to balance the brown colour when only toasting one piece of bread (one side is always a darker than the other on all toasters).
