Rope Mirror and delivery

The mirror itself looks great and is a statement feature. We love it. But the wood and hooks at the back didn't line up correctly with the rope sections on the front. We had to put the wall brackets...

We are so sorry about the issues you have had with our delivery service. We did, in fact, send you an email confirming delivery date followed up by a text with the tracking details but it appears that unfortunately these were not received by you. APC should, of course, have left you a card and again we can only apologise for this not happening.

Regarding the mirror, we are glad you managed to sort out the alignment issues yourselves. Occasionally mirrors do have manufacturing defects and hence we offer a free no quibble exchange and refund policy on all our mirrors.
