Distorted reflection

The quality of the mirror is really cheap, the reflection is distorted. I feel cheated to receive such a poor quality mirror after paying about £240 or so. I don't enjoy having this mirror.

We were so sorry to hear that you were not happy with the mirror you received. As you have not contacted us directly to let us know, we were, of course completely unaware of your issue. However, we will now be getting in touch with you to see if you would like to exchange or return the mirror.

We do offer free returns/ collection and a full refund on all our mirrors should our customers be unhappy for any reason at all.
