We apologise for you receiving your mirror with the packaging not looking in good shape!

We have tested many different courier companies and currently have the best results with UK Mail, but despite this, very occasionally goods arrive slightly bashed up. We will take this up with them.

We trust that despite the packaging issue, the mirror was not damaged and looks good on your dressing table!
