Good Morning, sorry to hear this. You have left us our first 1 star review ever, but I can see it is not justified really. I can see from your file you only came to us 8 days ago (incl the weekend), and despite emailing you a lot, and advising you it can take up to 4 weeks to set up a plan, it seems your expectations were far too high to begin with. To be clear we have taken no money from you, your creditors have, and we instructed you to cancel with them, so you need to really take up the issues you have here with your creditors. We can of course close everything down for you if you so wish, and there has been no cost to you so far, but we have gone to the cost of contacting all your creditors via letter on the 23rd. It took us a couple of days extra to write to your debts as you couldn't provide the account numbers to your debts, so we had to incurr further cost in running a credit check to obtain them for you. If you would like us to stop working, please let us know and we can send you some free information on how to deal with them yourself.
