Hiya Julie. I'm sorry to hear about the the parcel not arriving in the agreed time. Looking at our system, everything that you did was fine, and so we were able to get everything checked, sorted, and out in good time. It seems that we've both been let down by other factors out of our control, whether it's regional postal depot issues, or staff shortages. Fingers crossed your items have been received now, but if not, then please get in touch with our retail team via orders@dcuk.com. You may have spoken to them already, but if not - they will be able to help and try to ensure you have a positive experience, like almost all our other customers. Our usual positive feedback and reputation is everything to us, and so it's a real shame to have a poor 1-star review for DCUK in this instance. Hopefully you can at least appreciate the situation, and we can help you again in the future if you need it.

We pride ourselves on offering a 5-star experience to all customers, even when mistakes happen - and so I agree that it's disappointing you felt we didn't handle the response to the mix-up in the right spirit. I have to say, with our commitment to customers, that type of thing is even rarer to hear, if at all.
