Thank you for the feedback. Based on what you say, it sounds like you had a very rare 'lame duck' example. Not sure how that happened, but as you probably know - we're all about the 5 star experience, and this clearly doesn't sound like that. I know you say that you've fixed things, but please know that we will always do whatever we can to make things right, on the rare occasion that someone isn't smiling and happy with their experience.
We're more than happy to replace and help sort out anything like this, especially because positive feedback is so important to all of the team here. It's not too late for us to help you here too, if you'd like. Please feel free to get in touch with us and we'll certainly sort things out to try and make it a more DCUK-style experience. As you will know from previous purchases, all our characters are carved, glued and painted individually by hand, so we do have the occasional sorry-looking one. It's a shame that this one somehow slipped through and came to live with you.
