The measuring chart on the packaging and web site make sure that you order the correct size. Full instructions are included. Once on you can forget about them till it's time to take them off again.

It is not as easy as the YouTube video makes out to apply hosiery using magnitude sticking applicator. Appears to stick risking and is not.easy to pull off.

The Jobst UlcerCare Hosiery kit are a great improvement over the single layer type that I used previously. They are easier to put on and are more comfortable.
