Many thanks for your recent purchase from www.dawkes.co.uk – We’re very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the Windcraft ACM113 Handkerchief Swab. It is our best selling swab and has been for over 15 years so we’re disappointed to hear that the quality is not of sufficient quality. I’ve raised this as an issue with our purchasing department, mainly to check if there has been a change in production material/quality that we’ve not been made aware of. It appears these can be supplied in 2 different colour combinations from Yamaha so we will change our image and description accordingly. This will change on the website in the next few days. Many thanks for your recent order. I've asked our webmaster to check into this to ensure it's not causing issues for people, we haven't had any other similar instances reported though. From what I can see on our internal sales system the details are all in the correct place and the despatch note prints with the details laid out correctly so it appears to have been a one-off glitch in the order.
